The winners are among those who most skillfully handle changes. How will the environment perceive us if we do not actively change and develop ourselves and the business? Well, like we’re going backwards in development.
We all go through changes on our own or on others’ initiatives. Pedagogically, Anders shows us how to act in change and how we can relate to these challenges, in an exciting and constructive way. In the lecture LEARN TO LOVE CHANGE he explains what a development curve is and how we effectively can use it as a starting point for how to act in change processes. If we have our confidence in our ability to handle change rather than in what we did yesterday we will be more competitive and have more fun at work. Anders also gives good advice on how we can keep up our motivation in the midst of a challenging situation. FACTS: Anders Hedin is a speaker, author and consult both in Sweden and internationally. He is Ph.D. Docent, Ass. Prof. on the University of Umeå and has worked over 28 years in business both as a manager and a development coach. Together it gives him a solid platform of knowledge and experience.
